Purpose: Responsible for managing all uniform orders placed via adidas INDY (including adidas team and NCAA direct schools). This includes, but no limited to, entry of orders, MITEAM order acknowledgements, updating MITEAM site to adjust lead times, providing order status to customers/sales reps and assisting manufacturing floor with order prioritization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Entry of orders, including rosters, that are unable to be entered via the MITEAM platform..
· Review MITEAM order acknowledgements to review accuracy of information and make any necessary changes for quoted ship date.
· Provide detailed open order reports to sales every week and identify any potential concerns that will cause delay in meeting customer expectations
· Work directly with dealers to address any late deliveries or changes that need to be made to orders.
· Partner with business planning to address any inventory issues.
· Partner with supply chain inbound to track any late incoming FPOs
· Partner with order fulfillment and production scheduling to assist in prioritizing orders to the floor.
· One point of contact for all things uniforms.
· Provide guidance to account specialist who will be assisting during the peak periods.
· Update MITEAM site, in order to, reflect accurate lead times based on open capacity.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree preferred with 6 months or more related experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience
· High School graduate with extensive experience in sales/customer service or related fields
· High School or collegiate athletics experience a plus
· Computer knowledge required (includes Word and Excel)
· Inbound and outbound phone call experience preferred
