Traineeship at the adidas

The purpose of this traineeship is to provide the trainee with experience of the practical application of theoretical knowledge the traineeship student has already acquired at university and to acquire new skills and knowledge. This traineeship description contains tasks and responsibilities that will be learned step by step and the trainee will be accompanied by adidas employees at all times. adidas International/ Marketing /Trading B.V. will ensure that the trainee is given tasks and responsibilities according to the level of competence of the trainee and any educational objectives for the trainee period. The trainee will sign a trainee agreement, which is not an employment contract.

Purpose:

As a member of .com and mobile team, you will play an important role in evolving the .com

experience for adidas and Reebok consumers. With this role, you will help to bring, Performance/Site Speed, one of the strategic priorities of Digital Brand Commerce, to the next level.

We have set an ambitious target for 2018 and, to achieve it, we need to closely monitor our

platforms development on the subject and report accordingly. We need to connect, engage and track actions with a series of stakeholders within the organisation on the topic. And we need to spread the performance culture across the company. This role will be taking those responsibilities with the supervision of the project owner. Additionally this role will provide support and advice to the Product Owners of the team about Net

Promoter Score insights (NPS).

Key Responsibilities:

· Site Speed team support
· Monitor our platforms using internal tools to create periodical reports about site speed
· Status
· Create benchmark analysis to inform the organisation on how adidas is performing towards competitors
· Track the accomplishment of defined site speed roadmaps.
· Connect and engage with all stakeholders to ensure target completion.
· Help spreading a performance/site speed culture within adidas.
· Act as ambassador of the topic helping with the integration of performance initiatives across the organization
· Organise networking sessions with industry leaders about the subject
· Product management team support
· Collect and analyse NPS data to ultimately provide advice to Product Owners on possible
· Conversion Optimisation improvements and AB test.
· Support in the creation of a product strategy and perform competitor analysis to ensure the product is in line with the latest industry trends
· Help organize team meetings and prepare presentation materials
· Assist in the creation of user stories for new product features
· Assist with refining and updating the product backlog
· Work with product owner in order to support project delivery
· Coordinate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to organise and maintain the portfolio

and resourcing board

Your profile:

· Graduated with Bachelor/Master degree in Business/Marketing, ideally with a focus on Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Analytics
· Recent graduate (2 years max.)
· Applies to EU citizens only due to work permit regulations
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights from self-created reports
· Passion for eCommerce, digital marketing, user experience and technology with a costumer-centric mindset
· Strong communication skills
· Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Proactive with a can-do attitude
