Shift Schedules:

A Shift, 6am – 6pm, Mon/Tue/Wed every other Sun

B Shift, 6am – 6pm, Thu/Fri/Sat every other Sun

E Shift, 6pm – 6am, Tue/Wed/Thu nights and every other Mon or Fri night depending on need

Purpose: The Supervisor will monitor daily workload for Screen Tech and Ink Room. Eliminate pre-press issues ensuring that screens are meeting manufacturing dates and quality levels that are required to be successful in screen print. Keeping the ink delivery times on time, and formulas up to date. Manage and evaluate associates production throughout the departments. Take initiative to improve work processes and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure that the Wave is being prioritized by press and utilizing the pull system throughout the department. Working closely with the prep department.
· Keeping the ink room advancing in the new pvc free technologies.
· Ensuring that the services levels of the ink department are kept, not allowing any down time.
· Holding the associates and leads accountable for keeping equipment clean and maintained.
· Clearly setting expectations to associates and leads for work ethic and quality.
· Motivate your key leaders and employees to maximize production.
· Keep inventory levels in-house for ink and screen supplies to support Screen print.
· Enforce all department and company policy and procedures.
· Monitor 6 week rolling averages for associates and enforce the STAR policy.
· Coaching the leads of Screen Tech and Ink department.
· Monitor daily, weekly, monthly production reports.
· Monitor associates time and attendance in adherence with company policy as well as clocking codes to our processes.
· Ensure squeegees are maintained and delivered to screen print in a timely manner.
· Manage the rollout of the 3c’s
· Managing the rolls and responsibilities of associates using the 3c’s

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

· Uses judgment to determine most efficient way to complete task at hand
· Must communicate clearly and correctly to avoid misunderstandings and frustration.
· Able to coordinate the work of several department/business units within a division of the corporation to meet goals
· Defines project objectives, outlines steps required to complete project and offers alternative solutions
· Be a coach and a mentor, don’t always delegate. Sometimes you must lead by example.
· Must display confidence in decisions and show a positive attitude.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· College degree preferred
· Management & Leadership experience.
· Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
