Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

· Partner with seapac teams to secure the best availability for the business within the given cost constraints. Responsible for converting demand into supply and providing actionable insights to meet kpi and support continuous process improvements

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

· Manage E2E SEA adiGolf purchasing flow from material master – buy decision making – Trade Co Lite interface transfer - PO creation and delivery tracking
· Monitor and address supplier and demand driven performance issues
· Manage POM activities and liaise with SEA adiGolf countries to optimize availability, inventory and costs

Process support:

· SAP regression testing activities
· Continuous improvements in SEA Purchasing efficiency process (maintenance and improvements in macro example buy decision tool, centralized reporting framework creation, microstrategy)
· SEA weekly/bi-weekly reporting and process checks
· Bi-weekly forecast upload in SNP

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· Good analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to understand supply chain issues and drive solutions
· Ability to effectively communicate (both written & verbal) and to lead discussions and give presentations in small and large groups
· Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
· Able to prioritize and work under pressure
· Advanced MS Office (Excel/Access; Outlook; Word; PowerPoint, Macro)
· SAP knowledge & Access database(plus)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree or equivalent education required
· 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in supply chain and/ or sourcing, or footwear and apparel internationally.
