Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
· Maintain the product marketing database and develop accurate product analysis.
· Guide the range build process and assist on other operation process.
· Increase the service level to category team via effective communication, system tools and accurate execution.
· Raise the bar to develop better business sense, to be the solid resource of marketing and other business function.
· Support Category Marketing to develop overall product plan and action plans
· Find ways to improve forecasting process and accuracy for other functions.
· Create and maintain the product database timely and assist for range communication and order consolidation to related parties
· Order consolidation from different channels and MKT orders tracking
· Buy Proposal based on consolidation and handover buy for order placement
· Posting plan communication including hard launch plan with S&OP team timely
· Find ways to improve range management process and communication between x-functional teams.
· Generate regular range check report for category range set up.
· Provide YOY general analysis by category attributes for CM reference.
System and Processes
· Systematically maintain database and update the information according to the GTM process
· Ad-hod maintain the product information to meet business request by global or CM.
· Develop and upgrade the intelligence tool to meet changing business requirement

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum 2-3 years experience in data management and analysis in a global consumer goods company
· Experience in strategic planning a plus
· Bachelor degree or above

· Excel advanced
· PowerPoint –advanced
· Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin Chinese
· Passion for sports
