In the adidas Group, we believe that decisions shall be driven by data. Therefore, the
Programmatic Marketing team is seeking a
Data Analyst to deep dive into facts and figures in order to provide actionable reporting, analysis and insights for digital programmatic campaigns [
Display & Paid Social ] on desktop and mobile for both adidas and Reebok.

In this role we are looking for a
real number cruncher who has a passion for measurement and insight techniques to maximize the net incremental revenue across the two channels.

The position requires the ability to collect and analyse data from various tools, interpret performance, draw conclusions and provide recommendations. You must love digging your head into data to find that one particular piece of result, even if it takes days.

With the help of your analytical rigour and good understanding of the digital programmatic landscape, you will analyse campaign data, set up and run A|B tests, provide optimisation suggestions, and
help shape the strategy of programmatic display and paid social activities across Europe (19 markets).

This will involve working with a
high-energy team of channel experts, a leading programmatic agency and the wider EU online marketing teams across adidas and Reebok.

Here’s what you’ll be doing;

Analyse the performance of display and paid social campaigns and identify areas that require optimisation and improvement
· Deliver
insights and recommendations of the performance of our eCom awareness, prospecting, retargeting and lead generation campaigns
· Drive cross-channel and cross-device user behaviour and attribution
· Assist in leading the
measurement strategy for programmatic marketing in eCom WE
·
Drive the set-up and analysis of A|B tests
· Define synergies between brand and eCom campaigns
· Provide End of Campaign
reports including insights and recommendations

Here’s whatyou'll NEED

· Bachelor or Master degree in Business Statistics, Economics or equivalent with 2 –3 years of working experience in the field of data analytics with a focus on performance marketing
· Demonstrate
ability to analyse and challenge direct-response metrics for awareness, prospecting and retargeting activities to make data-driven recommendations
· Hands-on experience with DoubleClick, Atlas, Google Analytics 360, DCM, as well as Adobe Analytics
· Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx is preferred
· Experience with Google Big Query and SQL is helpful
· Understanding of display and/or paid social gained from a programmatic agency, trading desk, RTB technology vendor, publisher or advertiser, with a clear focus on sales campaigns
· Experience with
incrementality studies and A|B testing
· Experience in creating KPI frameworks and
spreading the data-supported culture in the company through reports and analyses
· Excellent
analytical, numerical, strategic and influencing skills with the ability to package it in an easy-to-read format
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent English communication and presentation skills, written and oral
