Purpose

This role is responsible for maximizing the brand impact as well as profitability of Retail within a market by managing and executing retail marketing plans to positively impact DTC traffic and overall business, through flawlessly executed traffic driving initiatives, consumer-relevant CRM and retail communications.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and execute retail marketing, communications and traffic driving plans to support brand and retail campaigns and the DTC concept store business
· Manage and execute to yearly Marketing Activation and DTC business priorities based on market Retail targets and current market Retail performance and provide team with targets and projects
· Manage and execute communication plans supporting in-store campaigns, NSO and remodels/relaunch and activation
· Seasonal Retail Marketing Calendar Planning
· Manage and execute according to DTC Marketing Calendars based on global Retail Marketing Calendars and aligned with market Retail Merchandising and market Brand Marketing.
· Manage and execute communication and traffic driving plans inclusive of media, traffic driving, CRM and digital communications
· Retail CRM
· Ensure local Retail CRM strategy is in-line with global guidelines and will support the market to meet its Retail targets.
· Ensure Retail CRM KPIs are appropriate, properly set, tracked and relevant actions are taken when these are not met.
· Ensure local Retail CRM marketing materials complement existing Retail Marketing Campaigns and Promotions and deliver a positive ROI.
· “Trading the Business'
· Be knowledgeable about the targets and performance of local stores, understand which Retail Marketing levers need to be activated to impact which KPIs and know how to activate them as needed.
· Work closely and cross-functionally with the market Retail team to pro-actively assess any performance issues (such as persistently declining traffic or sub-standard store presentation) and develop the tactical Retail Marketing and/or Retail CRM solutions that might be needed to address these.
· Partner with local media, digital and CRM agencies inclusive of briefing, execution, budget and reporting.
· Partner with local CRM and e-com team to develop and execute strategies around data capture and data utilization to support DTC concept stores.
· Partner with local e-com team to develop and execute retail email segmentation plans.
· Partner with key business groups to analyze the impact of traffic driving campaigns, report out findings and make future recommendations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Advanced user of MS Office
· Fluency in English and local language of Market HQ
· Solid business acumen and in-depth knowledge of Retail KPIs
· Highly numerate with the ability to understand and analyze data and produce actionable insights
· Solid interpersonal, networking, influencing and negotiating skills
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Geographically mobile
· Knowledge of industry, market trends, and marketing strategies
· Ability to understand and use financial data to make decisions and influence outcomes
· Solid understanding of current retail environment and that of competitors
· Strong Process and project management skills
· Strong presentation, communication and planning skills
· Ability to drive consensus and collaboration across functional groups.
· Well-developed ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English; additional language skills beneficial
· Ability to travel domestically, no more than 20% of time

Minimum Qualifications

· University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
· 2-4 years Retail or Marketing experience (Retail experience is essential)
