Responsibilities:

· Support Quality Heads in quality-related projects and activities.
· Manage and schedule all activities of all testing teams.
· Responsible for continuously maintaining high-quality factory labs in his/her region; at the same time setting-up new factory labs in new factories; and maintaining them to a level expected by HQ.
· Support Materials department in solving material testing and other related technical issues.
· Manage PDM, RAM and PLM simultaneously
· Manage the QAS and ensure that factory lab teams are handled properly on adidas Group needs
· Support the proper implementation of adidas Group test methods in the
T1 supplier labs
· Manage the audit activities for T1 and support TLSP audit activities for T2 suppliers laboratories
· Support factory production department in solving testing related technical issues on the product
· Support development department in solving testing related technical issues on the product
· Support Operation team on related technical issues on the products
· Initiate revision or creation of test methods or testing requirements if he/she feels necessary with HQ lab or FW quality
· Responsible for the training of T1 and T2 Suppliers on A-01 testing
· Responsible for keeping regular contacts with independent testing labs and HQ on all specific A-01 related
testing issues

Qualifications:

· Academic grade or university degree in technical field (material or engineering) equivalent to minimum 3 years university OR 5 years equivalent in this position
· Minimum 2 years experiences in a factory or material related supplier lab
· good level of English – written and spoken
· good knowledge in MS office
