Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Our Global IT Corporate Marketing & Operations team drives and accelerates adidas’ concept-to-shelf process through innovative technologies to improve the availability of all our products. During this internship, you will work in a team of experts on digital processes, methods and tools for our Sourcing and Logistics colleagues.

Key Responsibilities and Projects:

· Assistant on project co-ordination, user requirement collection and testing
· Responsible for user requirement collection and business analysis
· Work closely with key stakeholders to optimize the best outcome
· Liaise with internal project management team and external IT service provider
· Prepare training material and documents

Key Relationships:

· Sourcing customers
· Finance customers

Required main study courses:

· Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.

Required language skills:

· Fluent English required
· Strong Cantonese preferred
· Strong Mandarin is a bonus

Additional skills/ qualifications :

· Proficient in MS Project
· Project implementation experience a plus

Internship regulations:

The internship is 6 months full time starting in January 2019

Student must be enrolled at the university for the complete duration of the internship
