As a legal intern, he/she will be part of a team of experts who act as a trusted advisor to the Global Sports Marketing department. The Intern will provide the team with legal and functional support in the every-day workload. This Internship gives a great opportunity to get an insight into the overall Global Legal & Compliance aspect of the adidas Group. He/she will be working closely with the legal counsels and will be able to learn from them and gain insight into their main tasks via meetings, project and task assignments.

Internship at the adidas Group

The purpose of this internship is to provide the internship student with experience of the practical application of theoretical knowledge the internship student has already acquired at university and to acquire new skills and knowledge. This internship description contains tasks and responsibilities that will be learned step by step and the internship student will be accompanied by adidas employees at all times. adidas International B.V. will ensure that the internship student is given tasks and responsibilities according to the level of competence of the student and the educational objectives for the internship period. The internship student will sign an internship agreement, which is not an employment contract.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Assist in managing the department portfolio of contract templates;
· Assist in preparation and drafting of all relevant legal documents for the Sports Marketing Department;
· Providing team support and assisting the legal counsels in all aspects of their work;
· Conducting research projects and preparing presentation for staff training seminars.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Currently a law student at a university or other instance of higher education - enrolled for the complete duration of the internship (6 months);
· Professional fluency in English, particularly English legal drafting skills;
· Good time-management and prioritization skills;
· Good Microsoft Office skills, in particular MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
· Independent worker, but also a team player;
· Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations.
