Internship at the adidas

The purpose of this internship is to provide the internship student with experience of the practical application of theoretical knowledge the internship student has already acquired at university and to acquire new skills and knowledge. This internship description contains tasks and responsibilities that will be learned step by step and the internship student will be accompanied by adidas employees at all times. adidas International/ Marketing /Trading B.V. will ensure that the internship student is given tasks and responsibilities according to the level of competence of the student and the educational objectives for the internship period. The internship student will sign an internship agreement, which is not an employment contract.

We are looking for someone with a go hard attitude that wants to get stuck in and get things done. This role is at the coal face of email delivery and it’s your job to get these campaigns out on time. More importantly, that they are delivered in the most awesome way possible that is in line with adidas and Reebok brand standards. Our email newsletters are one of the main CRM touchpoints with our customers, which then makes you a very important part of the team.

As an intern in the CRM department you will support the day-to-day, hands-on execution of email marketing campaigns! This role works across both brands of Reebok and adidas.

Here is a brief snapshot of the role. You will:

· Support the CRM Operations team in the total end to end process of email/campaign creation
· Provide input and assistance with the creation of newsletter campaigns for the adidas and Reebok brands which specifically includes:
· Coordinating with creative team on preparing email newsletters
· Working with local markets on providing feedback
· Prepping the campaigns online and working with external agency on ensuring everything has

been checked and is ready to be sent

To be successful in our CRM department this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

· Passionate aboutCRM with strong English communications skills, written and verbal
· Strategic, consensus-building and results-driven
· Photoshop is a plus
· Ability to learn quickly and multitask
· Foreign languages is a plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

· Currently a Business / Marketing student at a university or other instance of higher education -
Enrolled for the complete duration of the internship (6 months).
· Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations
