Purpose:

Support the Brand Marketing Production team on shoots for the Global categories: Originals, Football, Innovation, Clima and Amsterdam Brand Design during a 6-months paid internship at adidas Amsterdam.

The purpose of this internship is to provide the internship student with experience of the practical application of theoretical knowledge the internship student has already acquired at university and to acquire new skills and knowledge. This internship description contains tasks and responsibilities that will be learned step by step and the internship student will be accompanied by adidas employees at all times. adidas International/ Marketing /Trading B.V. will ensure that the internship student is given tasks and responsibilities according to the level of competence of the student and the educational objectives for the internship period. The internship student will sign an internship agreement, which is not an employment contract.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Assist the Brand Marketing Operations (BMO) Production team with shoot preparation, organisation and wrap up for global advertising campaigns
· Manage complex business systems as they relate to business tasks such as purchase ordering, vendor creation and invoicing
· Manage all shoot samples in collaboration with the BMO intern in the Herzogenaurach office
· Support the coordination and communication between internal as well as external business partners such as marketing agencies and production service providers
· Co-manage internal adidas photo shoots
· Manage dedicated projects as they arise, e.g. being the responsible for researching and documenting various forms of photography as they relate to creative shoot
· Support the BMO Production team on everyday tasks across a number of categories within Global Brand Marketing
· Work closely with the BMO producers in Amsterdam, the BMO support team, the Brand Marketing teams, Financial Shared Services, SRM support team, external agencies and vendors

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· Currently a Business or Marketing student at a university or other instance of higher education- Enrolled for the complete duration of the internship (6 months)
· Only applies to EU citizens due to working permit regulations
· Fluency in spoken and written English required
· Advanced computer skills (MS and Web) required
· Organized, hard-working, fun. Enthusiastic and willing to learn and improve
