Purpose

Your task as a Demand Planning Analyst, Data & Analytics is to create and develop all operational reporting across Business Units (BU) and channels within the Demand Planning (DP) function. In addition, you support the creation of executive reporting, KPI reporting, locally specific reporting and meaningful reporting for the Merchandising teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Reporting
· Responsible for operational reporting across BUs and channels
· Support the creation of executive reporting/management reporting
· Develop new reporting tools and optimize existing tools to increase efficiency and enable better decision making based on these reports
· Report on department KPIs
· Provide analysis to enable the decision process to reach KPIs in case of conflicts
· Report the volume alignment between Rolling Demand Plan (RDP) and Integrated Business Plan (IBP) across BUs and channels
· Support in providing meaningful reporting for the Merchandising teams in the range creation and forecasting process

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Excellent analytical and numerical skills
· Good Programming skills (R or Python preferred)
· Advanced data visualization (R or Python preferred)
· Advanced MS Office Suite
· Ability to simplify and communicate complex data to diverse types of audience
· Fluent in English
· Tableau knowledge is a plus
· Supply/Demand understanding is a plus
· Version Control

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
