MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Create and implement strategy of community development internally within 12000 employees and their smooth integration into external adidas communities that are to be built and promoted;
· Provide expertise on internal and external community building for all sport categories;
· Provide guidance on effective community management, their growth and activation;
· Be a key contact person for regions and all department on community creation and leadership, manage and keep updated all communities created (4 external and more than 70 internal ones);
· Design and lead execution of mid and long term community promotion campaigns for employees and brand target audience in Moscow and regionally cover all internal and external digital platforms;
· Social media listening.

REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

· 3+ years of community management with big global brands;
· SMM;
· Experience in international marketing driven company or in big sport projects is a plus;
· Proven track record of execution of breakthrough campaigns and events (series of events);
· Higher Education Degree;
· English from upper Intermediate.
