Key Responsibilities:

· Possess good business process understanding and IT knowledge in related to the Consumer Direct IT Solutions.
· Act as a proactive, reliable and trusted IT contact to your key business partners
· Communicate towards internal business users, Global IT and external partners
· Analysis of IT application problems
· Supporting defining with the business the new demands and communicating these demands to GIT CoE Consumer Direct pillar
· Support translation of business requirements into change requests
· Identify areas for improvements
· Measure compliance with IT policies and standards

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Perform system operations and support, e.g. analyze system issues and bring them to a resolution within agreed KPI’s
· Support service design and service level management activities and administer service levels
· Design, implementation and test of changes to solutions within the Global IT standards and procedures
· Testing and rollout of new solutions.
· Perform system governance by adherence to the existing Global IT strategies
· Perform IT backend functions like system monitoring and housekeeping tasks (e.g. Update Terminations, User-Admin, Daily Monitoring, Consistency Checks) proactively
· Act as a well-recognized communication partner for the business as well with various Global IT departments, i.e. Competence Center
· Continuously improve the existing processes and systems following the Global IT strategy
· Support system release preparation, organization and testing

Requisite Education:

· Preferable Technological Educational Institution or University degree in business or computer science
· 3-4 years of work experience within international IT environments, including first experience in project management
· In depth knowledge of common Systems esp.
Retail Applications , in terms of usage, configuration and enhancements
· Experience in Infra topics, networking topics, Operating systems, retail solutions, Microsoft office suite experience desired
· Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with middle management and end-users.

Fluent in English and Bulgarian; Romanian will be considered as an asset.
