Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Create and manage sales and inventory financial plans at key category, product group level by channel and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Buyers and Allocators on pre-season plans, in-season trading and post-season hindsights
· Participte in overseeing pre-season sales, margin and receipt guidance by channel to drive toward of overall financial goals through product category sales growth by season and product buy plans by season
· Support in the implementation of the OTB process to meet sales, margin, and inventory turn targets and category-level inventory receipt plans and markdown plans in-season
· Conduct post season analysis to provide growth opportunities, risks and guidance for the next season
· Participate in major go-to-market milestones to gain insight to key seasonal brand and BU strategies and initiatives
· Support in implementing best practices for the planning function and partner with Finance team to ensure that we are getting the best and necessary data for the team to analyze the business
· Support in- season inventory management to ensure the right volumes are available on Ecom, distribution centers, and in stores and partner with Allocation teams
· Assist in managing stakeholders to receive input to Market CTC Assortment Planning teams in regards to range needs by cluster and optimal option count
· Work with global/local colleagues to assist in defining and implementing best in class planning best practices and KPI tracking mechanisms

· Market Op teams

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

· Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem solving skills.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with merchandising systems/applications.
· Advanced Excel skills, and a thorough understanding of macros, pivot tables, lookup formulas, formatting, etc.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree or equivalent education required
· 2 years of applicable work experience to include retail merchandising, allocating or planning
