Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

· Assist to land category targets in non-BLR/Brand Led Retail stores
· Conduct category depth recommendation (non BLR), and communicate with customers on recommended assortment plan and buying depth (non BLR/ BLR)
· Key interface between customers, BU, CTC for individual category

Key Responsibilities:

· GTM Process (Non- BLR)
· Attend BMW and receive the by category by cluster by month assortment, MR, key concepts/key outfits from CTC/BU team. Provide feedback to the content, POS coverage, buying depth, by category assortment and review on store segmentation & cluster
· Attend sales training and collect feedback from account sales team
· KA pre-line: Manage the big group of customer; joint effort with CTC team to participate KA pre-line. Present the new store clustering / key products & exclusive range, conduct sample review and feedback session with customers. (category specific)
· GTM plan finalization: provide channel article forecast; lead on collect feedback from customers (category specific)
· Prepare the assortment plan & buying depth to customers
· Trade Meeting: Assist to set up BLR / category rooms; co-present category with CTC for DF/SF; working with CTC & BU, deliver & present the brand priority to customers. get customer feedback and communicate the buying structure
· Pre-buy/ final Buy: Compliance checking on MR MOQ; category split; lead and follow up with customers in adjusting orders
· GTM Process (BLR)
· Provide support to AP team on order communication / confirmation / compliance & final adjustment.
· Others
· Be the key interface to KA customer HQ office, participate in various communication between company internal dept & customers.
· Weekly sell-thru report preparation, analyses the performance to the assigned category. Provide insight / action plan to achieve sell-thru target
· Prepare & participate in monthly sell-thru meeting (assigned category)
· Regular reporting and provide company /market intelligence whenever needed
· As regional role to communicate with account sales team
· Participate in any product/category ad-hoc discussion and provide feedback if needed.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University degree in Business, or equivalent professional experience, ideally with Marketing and Sales experience.
· 5 years+ of broad merchandising experience; ideally with both category merchandising and retail merchandising experience; Or 5 years+ of account management experience; ideally with key account management
· 3 years+ of working with a diverse team
