Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support the Training Business Unit – Emerging Market Central (MENA) with seasonal merchandise management. Assist in the development and execution of strategic category initiatives. Ensure excellence at every key milestone, in alignment with consumer, market and brand leadership requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage ranging execution for assigned categories within the Training BU EMC umbrella
· Support retail pricing strategy for all EMC countries
· Analyze range performance and sell-through data & clearly present data to category partners
· Support market analysis including, but not limited to, competitor, consumer and category trends
· Manage key apparel ranging and merchandising systems (DMT, RMA, etc)
· Assist in the creation of range presentations to both internal and external audiences
· Support sales meetings: sample tracking, showroom set- up, and cataloging
· Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations for the Training BU marketing department
· Provide Commercial input to CMM (consumer, channel, market specific needs, business opportunities) to maximize category sales and profitability
· Work with the Brand Activation and Brand Com teams to ensure proper execution of product stories
· Build relationships internally with all cross functional partners
· Travel periodically both inside and outside the UAE for market analysis

· Data integrity & accuracy
· Adherence to GTM (Go-to-market)& Operational milestones
· Brand Health KPIS (Brand momentum, Net Promoter Score, Spontaneous purchase intent, etc.)
· Market Sales vs Plan

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· College degree, preferably in marketing/business /textile/fashion
· International mind-set
· Min. 3+ years relevant practical working experience
· Fluent in English
· Strong PC skills (MS Office programs)
