Adecco PME spécialisé dans les recrutements pour les TPE, PME recherche pour l'un de ses clients basé sur Archamps un(e) assistant commercial(e) bilingue Anglais (H/F).

The Junior Customer Service Coordinator (CS) is part of a Sales team and support commercial
administrative and operational duties. This is the first-level of daily customer contact. The CS is
the one facilitating the liaison between customers and the company’s sales, technical, billing
departments as well as manufacturing facilities. The CS works in close collaboration with
customer account managers and technical program managers (assembly and test).
The ideal candidate shall work with customers, Sales team and factories and demonstrate
excellent coordination skills.

·  Work in collaboration with technical program managers on project follow-up
·  Coordinate and follow-up new projects (NPI)
·  Provide commercial administrative, planning and operational support to customer orders, from the time they are placed (raw materials and machine tools) until they are invoiced
·  Prepare quotations and follow-up on purchase orders
·  Monitor raw materials stocks and customer supplies (dice, raw materials, etc.);
·  Manage pricing issues and invoicing discrepancies
·  Monitor weekly/monthly performance indicators (production-line fill rates, ratio of Sales commit vs demand, etc...)

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous pourrez être amené(e) à voyager en France et/ou à l’international.

Idéalement issue d'une formation Bac +2/ Bac +3 vous êtes bilingue en anglais puisque vous aurez des contacts avec les Etats Unis et ainsi que des pays asiatiques.
le dynamisme et le contact client sont des élément indispensable pour pouvoir occuper ce poste.

Poste en horaire de journée
Rémunération attractive + Intéressement + Ticket Restaurant + Primes conventionnelles
