Customer Service / Welcome Team Adviser

£18k - £22k + Bonus

Altrincham

Perm

Hours

Monday - Friday between 8am - 8pm
Every second Saturday 8am - 12pm

37 Hours a week.

Duties

·  Taking inbound calls from customers / contractors who are looking to register for a benefits package

·  Guide customers' through the process of onboarding and answering any questions they may have

·  Upselling products and other packages during calls

·  Act as the first point of contact for customers

·  Delivering excellent customer service

What We Are Looking For

·  Experience of working within a similar customer service adviser role

·  Ability to work under pressure and towards deadline

·  Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
