Key Accountability's will include:
· Ensure high quality service is provided with the management of the work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards and SLAs
· Manage the Voids (and where required responsive planned repairs) including preparation of Specifications and working with NAT FED version 7 to ensure consistent performance against targets
· Effective and efficient management of material costs and ensure that all are following correct processes and procedures
· Monitor quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys.
· Lead, manage and contribute to the development of your team and determine optimum employment levels to comply with the provision of the service
· Ensure Health and Safety is managed in accordance with company policy.
· Set standards of work and productivity for all staff by leading by example.
· To assist the Contracts Manager in developing staff to maximise potential, setting employee goals and objectives.
· To assist Contracts manager with staff performance identifying any training needs.
· Delegate work duties to direct reporting staff ensuring the overall business objectives are met.
· Consistently identify areas for improvements in productivity, cost reduction and quality.
· To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company.
