Have you got great administration and customer service experience?

If so read on, Adecco are proud to be working with a well established Company who are seeking a transport agent to join their expanding team.

Requirements :

·  Excellent customer service

·  Ability to multi-task

·  Computer literate

Duties:

·  Speak with drivers and clients to ensure deliveries and collections on done in a timely manner

·  Book in collections and deliveries and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed

·  Chase outstanding payments from clients and customers

·  Deal with customer and clients on the phone and email

·  Amend documentation when necessary

·  Diary management

Location: Benfleet

Salary: £18,541

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm

Duration of contract: Permanent
