Trainee Recruiter

Adecco South Wales are currently looking for a Trainee Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will be an initial trainee role where you will support multiple consultants, across different sectors in South Wales.

Once you have developed the necessary skills, we would look to promote you in to a full 360 consultant, managing both associates and clients.

If you are willing to learn, are resilient and results driven then this is the perfect role for you.

The Role:

·  Building a network of excellent candidates

·  Identifying and developing existing business and new client relationships

·  Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage - and beyond

·  Negotiating pay, salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
