Trainee Claims Handler Job Description
My long-standing client, based in Bolton, is currently in the process of recruiting for a Trainee Claims Handler to join an ever expanding and developing team. This is a fantastic entry level role, where full training is provided on an ongoing basis to provide the right candidate with a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and provide learning and development opportunities to start a successful career.
The Role:
· Complete the initial training process with the support of experienced colleagues and managers to be able to effectively and efficiently perform in the role.
· Manage your own case load of claims efficiently and effectively and ensuring all works are actioned as appropriate.
· Providing first class customer service to all customers and at all times.
· Handling all queries and low-level complaints with all required support and assistance from Senior handlers and Management.
· Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and on deadline at all times.
The Person:
· Customer service orientated and ability to build strong relationship with both customer and clients.
· Friendly and approachable with a fantastic telephone manner.
· Strong 'can-do' attitude with a desire to succeed.
· Positive team player.
