Technician Graduate

Monday - Friday 9-5:30

We are looking for recent Graduates from Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology degree to join our medical client based in Witney. To execute technical activities as directed, in order to ensure that projects and investigations supporting the Manufacturing Unit.

This will include incoming materials analysis, laboratory and Product Test Operations support technical activities as required to maintain production output and yields at acceptable levels such as not to limit product availability, which could impact customer service.

Development and execution of trials in manufacturing. Data collection. Analysis, interpretation and reporting of data. Technical investigation support including lab testing. Support to ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

·  Have sufficient understanding of MU process, Manufacturing, IMA and Product Test, to help to identify variables that may impact process efficiencies and capacities and use this knowledge to support experimental design.

·  Contribute to the analysis of data and interpretation of results to determine necessary trials to help drive projects and investigations.

·  Responsible for supporting the development and execution of trials in response to experimental design in order to achieve greater understanding of processes.

·  Execute assigned tasks to allow the overall objective of projects, material introductions or investigations to be met in a timely manner.

·  Liaise with appropriate resources to enable the completion of tasks. Participate in appropriate cross functional teams to help achieve the team objectives in a timely manner. Communicate results of tasks either by verbal, written or visual methods.

·  Attain the highest level of technical reporting ensuring that the objectives, methods used, and outcomes are clearly presented.

·  Support the development and enhancement of protocols and techniques to achieve objectives of set tasks.

·  Support technical investigations including Product Test Failures, Out of Specification (OOS) materials and Complaints. Support Design control projects for on market changes.

·  Maintain appropriate records of activities and tasks carried out, in compliance with the appropriate Quality System requirements of the company.

·  Responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System at the site in accordance with divisional and corporate requirements and applicable regulations. Perform all activities assigned according to approved operating procedures or preapproved protocols.

·  Complies with EHS regulations and business standards by adhering to EHS systems, programs and procedures, being accountable for the Health & Safety of themselves and others and by highlighting where improvements to EHS performance can be made.

·  Responsible for supporting the execution of trials for characterisation (of product, material and process), verification and validation for new products. Ensure manufacturing are supported and represented when new products are introduced.

·  Through the collection and the analysis of appropriate data, e.g. process and Product Test, help to identify potential issues and areas for improvement with MU. Recommend possible benefits of potential areas for improvement and support cost improvement projects.
