Days 8.30 - 5pm
The Role
The Stores Person will be responsible for supporting stores, production and recycling activities. You will be checking deliveries in and booking them onto a computer system, putting the stock away in alphanumeric order and delivering goods to the relevant departments. You will keep stock sheets up to date, carry out stock checks. You will check raw material against the system and liaise with your supervisor regarding stock shortages. You will empty the waste and recycling bins around the factory and carry out general housekeeping around the warehouse and production area.
You will be working days 8.30-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The Candidate
The role will appeal to an individual capable of working in a fast paced environment. You will have the initiative to approach challenges with enthusiasm and the ability to react to rapid changes in prioritisation whilst maintaining a clear focus on the company objectives. Exceptional time management, communication, numeracy and literacy skills and attention to detail are a must and you must be computer literate. Ideally you will be licenced to operate a counter balance FLT.
