Job Description

As a member of the Helpdesk Contact Centre team you will be expected todeliver an effective and efficient interface forour Client as aSalesforce Specialist.You will beexpected toprovideinformativeandresponsive support to Tier 1 Helpdesk Agents in relation to a range ofadminenquiriesrelated toHealth and Safety, Human Resources, Payroll,Recruitmentand Pre-Employment Screening.

Salesforce Specialists will be expected to advocate best practise,be responsible for delivering administrative tasks in Salesforce, e.g.configuringemployee profiles, whilstmanagingcases in the Technical queue,test implementedsoftware development relating to project milestonesandtroubleshoot anysystem relatedtechnical issues.

In supplement,Salesforce Specialistswill alsosoact as an escalation point for Tier 2 Helpdesk enquiries whilstworkingas part of a larger network of teams and departments who respond to both candidate and worker enquiries received via telephone and email communication channels.

Required Skills

·  Previous experience with Salesforce with ADM201 is highly desirable

·  Experience of working in a Customer Service background with proven experience ofInteracting with customers over the phone and via email,

·  GCSE grade C/4 or above in Mathematics and Englishor equivalent,

·  Recent experience of using current IT and communications technologies,

·  Recent IT helpdesk experience,

·  Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills,

·  Ability to communicate and instructadiverserangeof people,

·  Supervisoryexperience,

·  Good listening skills

·  Effective time management and organisational skills,

·  Experience of working in a fast-paced, multiskilled and multi-function environment,

·  Accurate data entry and attention to detail skills,

·  Excellent telephone skills,

·  A positive and tenacious can-do attitude
