WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR AN EXPERIENCED 'SALES COMMISSIONS ANALYST' FOR ONE OF OUR LARGEST CLIENTS, THE ROLE IS HOME BASED AND IS INITIALLY A 9 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT COVERING MATERNITY BUT COULD POSSIBLY BE MADE PERMANENT IN THE FUTURE.

Sales Compensation Analyst

Summary:

The Sales Compensation/Commissions Analyst will administer payments and compensation process across the group.

A high degree of personal accountability and integrity is required for the role. There is a requirement to handle sensitive/confidential financial data. The successful candidate will be team orientated and contribute to wider projects within the Sales Operations function.

Job Description:

·  Calculate and process payments for c1000 sales professionals across the Region on a quarterly basis.

·  Provide compensation information, tools, analysis, direction, training and support to the Sales/Service organisations.

·  Participate in the development, implementation, communication, and support of sales commission plans across the EMEA.

·  Liaise with HR, Finance, and Sales teams.

·  Calculation of quarterly sales commission accrual.

·  Deal with commission queries in accurately & within appropriate SLAs

·  Work with the team to help drive the adoption & evolution of the Xaclt.y Incent Commission tool.

·  Ad hoc and project duties as required.

Requirements:

·  Minimum 3 years analytics/compensation experience

·  Ability to extract & manipulate large datasets quickly & accurately to strict deadlines.

·  Advanced Microsoft Excel essential

·  Experience of Cognos and/or similar data warehouse important

·  Excellent interpersonal skills

·  Working knowledge of common Sales Incentive concepts, practices and procedures is preferred

·  Experience of Xactly Incent Sales Compensation Tool is a plus
