My Client is the market leading supplier of facing bricks, blocks, rain screen cladding systems, architectural masonry, roofing tiles and slates to the construction industry. We've been supplying superior quality materials to both private and commercial specifies, contractors, developers and builders for more than a quarter of a century. We are committed to delivering the best value building materials efficiently, to ensure projects are completed within budget, and on schedule.

We have 3 very fast paced offices however the Mitcham branch is the by far the busiest! We have a small friendly team, however as the company gets bigger its only necessary to employ more staff to join the family!

The roles available are 3 x Sales Administrators/Coordinators

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

� Answering phones promptly

� Processing orders and enquiries from acknowledgement through to delivery to site, ensuring liaison with suppliers and customers

� Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time

� Resolving any sales related issues with customers

� Constant informing and updating of customers

� Checking order acknowledgement for accuracy

� Maintain and update customer notes with all transactions, schedule changes and requests

� Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents

� Maintain a day book with all day to day events

� Support the Sales Reps

� Liaise with suppliers to ensure the best possible service for our customers

� Follow company procedures and policies at all times

� Liaise with other members of staff in a professional and friendly fashion

� Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

� To attend weekly team meetings

Working hours are either 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Holidays start at 21days and include all bank holidays and WEEKENDS off!

We are based in the CONSTRUCTION industry, so if you're a site agent/builder/construction worker looking to go into an office environment this is definitely for you!
