The role we have is for palette Assembly line staff to work as part of a team and as an individual. It will be very physical and will require manual handling.

The warehouse holds around 200,000 palettes which will need to be sorted through either for repair work or ready for distribution.

They work on a rotating AM/PM shift and also a night shift.

The pay rate is flat however, with perm opportunities this will rise with great incentives such as shift allowance, discount app and increased hourly rate.

Monday to Friday only, paying £9.16 per hour. 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm OR 10pm-6am (NIGHTS)

Clock in and clock out system.

Duties you may be trained in: working on the conveyor belts, working with a kiln oven, sawing, measuring, using a hammer, using a screw driver, using a paint machine ETC.

The MUSTS:willing attitude, eager to learn, determined, target driven, able to retain information, great listening skills, great communication skills, looking for progression, great time management, reliable, strong work ethic and punctual.

The team at this warehouse will train you fully on all aspects of the role to ensure you would be able to complete all duties. At the start of your employment you will be buddies with another member of staff up so you are not left on your own.

PPE will be provided such as trousers/ aprons/ high vis and a key fob whilst you are employed (if you was to leave they MUST be returned). You will need to supply Mid sole safety shoes.

The end goal will be to get you trained as a qualified operative. There is also room for progression to be trained in house as a forklift operative, team leaders and supervisors.

The role will be going through to interviews where you get to see the working environment, the teams and duties required also the opportunity for you to ask any questions.
