Recruitment Administrator

Hours : Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Location : Frimley

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Duration: Temporary - 6 months

Our client is recruiting for a recruitment administrative to support the attraction, hiring and placement of internal and external candidates.

To define and execute effective administrative procedures and processes in order to ensure efficient candidate and hiring manager service interfaces that enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:


·  Schedule candidate interviews and Assessment Centres.
* Follow up with Hiring Managers regarding status of candidates and who is to be progressed or rejected. Ensure timely progress or reject status is communicated to candidates.
* Respond to queries regarding application status and interview schedules.
* Monitor and management of recruitment inbox and providing timely responses as required.
* Provide administrative support to the Recruiter in internal hiring appointments.
* Liaison with recruitment agencies regarding vacancies and progressing candidates.
* To execute job postings on internal and external sites; provide support to media campaigns.
* Provide support for all hiring managers on technical and process queries.
* Administration of internal employee referral program.
* Career fair scheduling and coordination.
* PO raising and tracking.
* Monthly reporting and billings tracking.
* Review and maintain process maps and effective administrative procedures to ensure efficient candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Person Specification:


·  Understanding of the recruitment process in terms of sourcing and selection for best practice purposes.
* Knowledge and experience of working with job boards, LinkedIn and Social Media concepts.
* Able to demonstrate strong detail-orientation and excellence in verbal and written communication.
* High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Passion for service delivery and customer focus.
* The ability to work and communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization.
