Adecco are proud to be working with a well-established Client based in Margate. This client is looking for someone who can provide the best customer service skills both in person and via telephone.
Looking for a candidate to start February.
· Location: Margate
· Salary: £14,000 - £15,000
· Working days : Monday - Friday
· Working hours: Office Hours (Friday 1pm finish)
· Duration of contract: Permanent
Requirements :
· Organised
· Ability to work under pressure
· Confident speaking to both clients and colleagues over the phone
· Comfortable working on reception desk independently
· Use own initiative
· Professional can do attitude
Duties:
· Answering phone calls
· Taking messages and ensuring these are passed onto the correct contact
· Providing exceptional customer service
· Liaising with colleagues via phone and in person
· Greeting guests on arrival
· Emails
