Adecco are recruiting for Quality Control Technicians for a well respected and successful food manufacturing company based in Boston.

This is a Fixed term contract for 12 months but this could be extended or permanent opportunities could be available for the right candidate.

Hours will start Monday-Friday on a 3 shift rotation of 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am but weekends may be required in the future so it is essential that you are able to also work weekends if required.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the product quality, ensuring it meets or exceeds customer expectations and providing assurance and evidence to stakeholders that the appropriate level of quality is being achieved.

Your duties will include:

- Complying with all health, safety and environmental policies/procedures at all times.
- Ensure the product is processed correctly as per customer requirements.
- Undertake inspections to evaluate the product
- Resolve quality problems at source
- Adhoc duties as required

Previous experience in a similar role within food processing would be preferable but not a pre-requisite of the job as full training will be provided.

If you are successful, you can expect to receive a generous hourly rate of pay with opportunities for overtime at increased rates of pay.
