Adecco are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Controller for one of our favourite Norwich based clients. This client is an independent business with an excellent reputation within their field. They are in a period of growth making it a really exciting time to join their team,
The Role:
Be responsible for the accurate processing, allocation and payment of all accounts payable documents. Manage the full end to end Purchase Ledger process. Provide information and support to other staff members within the company and its associated businesses.
Job Duties:
· Collation and maintenance of all accounts payable documentation and systems
· Coding invoices & posting AP documents onto the system
· Processing and matching payments
· Dealing with any issues, complaints and discrepancies
· Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the supplier network
· General admin duties as required
Experience/Skills Required:
· Must have recent and relevant experience within Purchase or Sales Ledger
· Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
· Experience with Sage, Kerridge & Microsoft packages
· Knowledge of online banking systems
· Able to take responsibility and ownership for role and actions
