Operations Coordinator - Planner / Scheduler
Pay rate: £14.66
Assignment Length: 6 months
Hours: Full time
I am recruiting for a Planner / Coordinator on behalf of my client a internationally recognised company in the renewable energy sector . The position will be office based on a temporary contract initially for 6 months. The successful candidate will be able to display prior experience in a similar scheduling role. This role offers a competitive salary and a opportunity to work with one of the UK's market leaders in the sector.
*Raising, scheduling and allocation of both planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with field staff and customer personnel via SAP 4HANA system.
*Create weekly & daily work plans for site teams as required.
*Maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities; create daily, weekly plans for site teams as required in conjunction with Senior Technicians.
*Report service schedule progress to site management for entry into tracking system for management.
*Coordinate record keeping and documentation archiving to support full historical traceability of service work carried out.
*Prior experience scheduling maintenance.
*Prior experience of scheduling tools.
*Prior experience in a engineering/ industrial setting.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
