Summary of Role

Working in a lively environment in offices based in Ashchurch, Tewkesbury, this role would suit someone looking for a dual role in graphic design and marketing. We are looking for someone to design monthly and quarterly brochures which we send to approximately 2,500 customers, plus additional flyers as and when required. The role would also include assisting with the smooth running of marketing, including creating editorials and campaigns, managing and updating the website and social media, booking advertising space, ordering promotional stock and compiling and sending out new customer packs.

Main Duties

The main duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

·  Graphic design: creating monthly and quarterly brochures, flyers and adverts as required.

·  Searching for PR/editorial/ advertising opportunities with relevant publications and developing and implementing appropriate marketing campaigns.

·  Scheduling and creating PR/editorial.

·  Maintaining and updating the social media pages, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, plus the Facebook shop. Respond to queries via these platforms or forward to the relevant member of staff.

·  Website management, including adding/amending products, adding news stories and updating the 'Where To Buy' pages.

·  Sourcing, tracking and logging all marketing stock, including stock for tradeshows and events.

·  Compiling and sending new customer promotional packs and updating mailing lists.

·  Updating GDPR documents and keeping informed of changing legislation

·  Preparation of a presentation for a monthly meeting on the previous months' marketing activities and plans for the month ahead.

·  Creating new line forms for customers with details of all new products as required.

·  Creating and updating specification sheets for any and all products as required.

·  All other administrative duties, including content checking, as required by the line manager.

·  Essential Work Skills & Qualifications

·  Excellent computer literacy with good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

·  Be able to work under pressure

·  Quick learner

·  Copy writing editorial and PR

Desirable Work Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of PPC and Analytics

Previous Website and Social Media Experience
