Manufacturing operative required for immediate start. You will be responsible for all aspects of packaging and filling. You must be able to work in ISO 5 and 7 clean-rooms wearing respiratory equipment and associated PPE. Working shifts 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm on rolling basis. Overtime available.

Duties to include

·  Routine inspection and maintenance of associated laboratory equipment to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient running of machinery.

·  Completes documentation to GDP standards.

·  Maintenance of the clean room environment, including clean transfer of Kanban materials into the clean-room.

·  Operator will be required to partake in regular particle reduction, deep cleans and swabbing to maintain the ISO 5 and ISO 7 areas.

·  Assisting with PRs and investigations when problems arise.

·  Packaging and filling of products according to set procedures with due regard to product availability, fill accuracy and integrity.

·  Operation of machinery such as printers, carton-assemblers, vision systems and filling machines.

·  Responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process.

·  Responsible for supporting and complying with the Company's safety and hazardous waste management program, including safe hazardous waste handling and good housekeeping

·  Assisting with changeovers and basic troubleshooting during breakdowns.

·  Perform duties in line with current SOP's and in compliance with current ISO standards.

·  Ensure all goods are received, inspected, stored, delivered, filled and kitted according to established procedures and customer requirements.

Please note the role requires a certain level of manual handling and can involve standing for long periods.
