Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company based in Newbury. Our client is looking for Manufacturing Operatives to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working shift hours and is offering a salary of £20,000 - £25,000.

Shifts that are available include day or night weekend shift (3-4 days), weekday late shift (5 days) and weekday night shift (4 days).

Duties and responsibilities include:

·  Ensuring components are finished to a high standard

·  Finish and polish machined components using hand held powered tools and finish materials

·  Understand technical drawings to ensure components align with job requirements

·  Liaise with the Team Leader and other departments to manage workload

Candidates will ideally have/be:

·  Strong attention to detail

·  Technical experience is desirable

·  Strong team working skills

·  Experience of working to deadlines
