We are seeking a Mandarin/Cantonese speaking Customer Service Advisor to work for our Ipswich based client.

You will be working in a busy vibrant environment dealing with our clients most prestigious customers.

We have multiple varied shifts available to suit your needs.

·  Provide exceptional levels of customer service via phone, email and web chat

·  Solving customers queries with the best possible solution

·  Recording details accurately on in house systems

·  Responding to customers within given time frames

Previous telephone based work would be an advantage and you must be IT literate.

You will also be available to attend interview immediately.
