My client are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team in Bridgend.

The role will be a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

You will be working largely independently but reporting into the senior leadership team.

·  Execute maintenance duties as directed by Maintenance Manager

·  Follow maintenance schedules as outlined

·  Make small repairs and adjustments as needed

·  Respond to company's maintenance emergency needs

·  Be able to work re-actively and proactively to prevent issues occurring

·  Coordinate efforts across maintenance staff to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion
