£9.28 per hour
Immediate start, Temp for 3 months
Adecco are recruiting for a great client in Manchester who are going through a very busy period at the moment.
The role requires customer focused and IT experienced candidates who are keen to help internal colleagues with IT queries.
You will deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to all users across the business, providing excellent customer service and a single point of contact.
To resolve incidents wherever possible at first point of contact within the agreed operational framework of policies and processes, minimising impact to the end user.
To effectively manage outstanding incidents, prioritising resources and escalating issues where necessary
Ideally you will have some or all of the below skills and experience:
· Awareness of PC hardware and peripherals e.g. Graphics cards, Hard Drives, RAM and Printers etc.
· Supporting Microsoft products - Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 8, Windows 10 and related Microsoft Office 365 applications (including Outlook)
Desirable skills, knowledge and experience
· Experience working in a Service Desk environment
· Awareness of ITIL Service Management standards
