Due to continued expansion, our client based in Tamworth is recruiting for an Internal Account Manager / Internal Business development person to join their busy team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well established organisation with opportunities to grow and progress long term.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has experience of;

·  Handling customers' needs within an office environment,

·  Confident in quickly establishing a rapport, identifying needs and building on existing customer relationships

·  Previous experience of working in a reactive sales environment,

·  An ability to make proactive cold calls will be needed

·  Upselling is constant and contributes to their accessories target.

Daily duties will include:

·  Liaising with customers, internal departments, suppliers and hauliers by phone and email.

·  Providing tailored solutions/quotations to customer needs and logging detailed notes using CRM system.

·  Following up on incoming enquiries and quotations sent.

·  Locating suitable stock from our nationwide depots and suppliers if required and creating best fit delivery solutions.

·  Maintaining relationships with accounts.

·  Proactive selling to generate new business.
