Fantastic Opportunity for a Quality/ Inspection Operator to join a very well established company based on the outskirts on Newbury.

The ideal candidate will have quality inspection and be confident working as part of a team or lone working. It is also essential in this role that you are able to stay and complete overtime when necessary.

Key Activities

* Detailed inspection of incoming product in accordance with defined inspection criteria, ensuring that all records of inspection accurately reflect the product received.

* Handle product in accordance with strict protective handling procedures.

* Identify, record and report nonconforming product.

* Pick product in accordance with the daily shipping schedule.

* Package product ready for dispatch, ensuring the accurate generation of all necessary documentation.

* Liaise internally to resolve issues relating to product and its dispatch.

* Ensure all products are appropriately located and stored.

* Assist with stock checks when required.

* Accurate and numerate with a keen eye for detail.

*Accurate and numerate with a keen eye for detail.

*Good communications skills in order to converse with a wide range of people and resolve issues.

* Ability to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative.

* Ability to multitask

* Ability to meet strict deadlines without detriment to quality of work.
