In conjunction with our client - SERCO, we are offering short term work, to assist with UCAS application deadline day in January. This vacancy is ideal for students.

We can guarantee work for a minimum of 5 days which comprises of 4 days training, and a minimum of 1 day on the phone. Training will start in December

There may also be work in the interim period available.

This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning more about university administration and gain vital customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of grade C in GCSE English and Maths, experience of (or willingness to learn about) the undergraduate admissions process, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a firm grasp of IT.
