Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their HR and recruitment team.

As HR Recruitment and Payroll administrator, you will be supporting the HR team. The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment background, with the aspiration of working towards their CIPD course and a career in HR. You will be a part of a small team therefore you will need to be flexible, efficient and work well in a team as well as focus on sole projects.

Our client works on an open-door policy therefore someone who can stop/start projects due to walks in would work well in this environment.

This role will include -

Recruitment

·  Advertising and resourcing for specific roles

·  Organise and attend interviews

·  Issuing contracts and creating welcome packs

·  Manage the DBS process

Payroll/ HR

·  Inputting new starters details

·  Inputting leavers, absences and maternity leave

·  Supporting the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects
