Operates within both the HR Delivery and Corporate HR Support Teams. Fulfils the role of Professional Advisor in accordance with the People Department Operating Model undertaking the full range of people management activities, which include attendance management, change management and Police Staff Discipline. Responsible for providing professional, specialist and technical advice to Managers and supervisors in relation policy, legislation, Regulations, Terms and Conditions of Service etc.
