HR Administrator

Employee Relations, Runcorn

We are currently looking for a temporary HR Administrator based at Priory Court in Preston Brook, Runcorn. Reporting to the Human Resources Administration Team Leader your overall responsibility will be to provide administration support to the Human Resources function of the Employee Relations Team, contributing to the overall HR process and providing a first class service to managers and employees within the Company.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy office environment with experience of high volume paper processing. Although not essential, previous experience working within an Employee Relations environment and or a candidate holding or studying towards a CIPD qualification would be a distinct advantage, although full training will be provided.

It is essential that you are able to work successfully as part of a busy team to deal with a high volume of paper processing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will have a professional telephone manner with a high of level of written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach as you will be communicating at all levels

You will provide HR administration support to both Line Managers and HR Delivery Managers so the ability to maintain positive working relationships will be essential.

The hours of work are 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm with a 45 minute unpaid break. £9.87 per hour
