This is a fantastic position for a Finance Administrator, looking to work on a part-time basis 3 days a week, covering maternity leave for 12 months.

Based in a lovely office environment, working along side a small and friendly team.

The roles purpose will be to provide quality administration, by administering direct debit processes for the clients, calculating payments and amending DD's to reflect account charges.

The ideal candidate will have

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to prioritise and organise workloads
Attention to detail
Friendly approach to all members of the organisation, team work is key!
Professional approach to customer calls
Experience working within a Finance/Accounts Department
Experience in Microsoft; word, excel and PowerPoint.
Have proven experience working to deadlines and managing a busy work load.
Experience working within established guidelines.
Have excellent organisational skills
Be IT competent.
