Adecco Dudley are delighted to be supporting a successful company based in Dudley with the recruitment of an Export Administrator. Working with a busy, fast paced team, the right candidate will have an understanding of FCL/LCL, air and sea freight to hit the ground running in the department. With a number of active customers, this individual needs to be calm under pressure and thrive in in a demanding environment. In return, there is continual, on the job support from the team as well as financial incentives.

Role

·  Negotiating and quoting costs for clients

·  Liaise with suppliers to support clients through competitive pricing

·  Building relationships with suppliers and internal departments

·  Tracking jobs from start to finish on the internal system

·  Producing export paperwork for sea and air freight

·  Chasing quotes to close a deal

·  Keeping to clients SLA's to meet demand

Individual

·  Understanding of all Export processes

·  Able to hit the ground running

·  Driven to do a good job

·  Monday-Friday 8.30-5pm
