We are currently recruiting for an eLearning Content Developer to work remotely for our prestigious client starting ASAP until March 2021.

In this role you will lead the digital transformation and design of our clients Customer Service Training programmes into engaging and accessible digital learning activities

The ideal candidate will have experience in eLearning and Project Management.

Duties:

·  Work in close collaboration with the Global Training & Quality Team to establish a clear vision and expectation for the course development process

·  Select LMS platform from existing resources available

·  Collaborate with the Global Training & Quality Team on content within identified scope

·  Apply instructional design principles and implement instructional design technologies appropriate for content

·  Organise and format online course materials to align with the functionality and features of the selected LMS

·  Proactively improve courses based on feedback and own observation

·  Support Global Training & Quality Team to produce effective content for eLearning use

·  Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

·  Proven experience with eLearning

·  Experience in Project Management

·  Engaging communicator with excellent writing skills

·  Detail focused and creative

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Please note for this role you can work remotely from any location across the UK. This role is full time and we are looking for someone to start ASAP!
